Friday May 11, 2012 @ the Midd-West High School Boosters Athletic Park under the lights (will move indoors if in climate weather)
Cost is $40 per team, 4 person co-ed teams, ($10 additional player) must have at least one female. High School & Open Divisions.
Pre-registration required by May 1st.

Saturday May 12, 2012 @ Warrior Run Athletic Fields (Warrior Run MS Gym is the rain location)
Registration is at 9am day of the event, pre-registration due by May 11 at 9pm! Can register online at www.golara.org or by printing and returning a form to volleyballtourney2012@gmail.com.  
Cost is $150 per team, 6 players required but may have up to 10. Tournament is co-ed but no requirements on male/female ratios. Teams can be either all male or all female or a combination of the genders.
This tournament is to benefit the recovery of the Bixler Family, who suffered a tramatic event last fall.

 When turning in vouchers...they MUST be presented when turning in registration form! Vouchers will NOT be counted unless presented with payment. Once registration form and payment are received NO refund can be made for late presentation of voucher!
